Play Kitchen

So cute but functionally has big issues. Can't get it wet, which is impossible when it has a running sink. It is MDF board and the seams are not well sealed so any drop of water made the wood swell up immediately. We're talking a few drops on a corner. I ended up having to cover the counter in contact paper and got a silicone sealant that I painted onto every edge, caulked seams. It's just so cute I wanted to make it work.Only redeeming factor regarding the significant water issues is the fact that the sink stopped working after about 20 minutes of on-and-off play. Sucked through batteries, then inconsistently started a few other times, sink completely dead after about 3 days. Not surprising, the case where the batteries are is on the top where the faucet is and has no gasket to protect the battery area from water.If you're going to keep it completely away from water, get it, it's very cute and otherwise good quality, sturdier than expected, legs and accessories are real wood. Seriously no water, though. Unless you want to spend 1-2 hours painstakingly sealing it. I wanted to use it in a covered outdoor playhouse (playhouse has a full cover) and it's actually working well there and it rains a lot so it's humid (cover has it fully protected from rain), but I sealed it with silicone on all corners, joints, edges, and counter so you'll have to put some work into it if you want it to get any humidity or water near it. Perfect size for my 2yo.

An amazing product, high-quality and our toddler (15 mo) LOVES IT.If we could start again, I'd introduce the water feature once the kid is a bit older. He's obsessed with "wobble" and wants to play with it all day, which does make a bit of mess. It's hard to find products these days that aren't made w various composite/faux materials, and this little kitchen is it!

This play set was very well packaged and a fairly simple assembly process with clear instructions. I love so much that it's made to blend in with adult decor instead of being gaudy-colored plastic like most toys for this age group. Solid construction with no wobble. The accessories are so adorable and the running sink just makes it all the more realistic. You won't regret getting this!

Beautifully made play kitchen! Very easy and straightforward to put together. It's the perfect size for our almost 2-year-old and it doesn't take up much space, which made a big difference in our small home. We really appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail (the salt and pepper shakers make noise when you twist the top!) and the aesthetics overall. Our daughter loves it and we're very happy with this purchase.

The kitchen set is high quality but they sent a microwave door with one of the hinges on the wrong side so the door doesn't shut properly. I will update my review if they send me the right hinge or a new microwave door.Update: They sent parts a whole new microwave with the right hinges! It now opens and closes properly. I gave this set 4 stars because I'm pretty sure there are ways to prevent the wood from warping, while still keeping the product non-toxic for kids. The manual does state to clean up the set after the child is done playing but let's be real now. As a parent working full-time, I'm not going to have the time nor energy to be wiping up this set every time they sporadically play with it. So the wood will get warped, unless you want to be neurotic about upkeep. The warp is minor in my opinion though

We received this play kitchen as a gift for our 1-year-old and absolutely love it. It was easy to assemble and is the perfect size for him. It’s also very aesthetically pleasing and doesn’t take up a huge amount of space in our home.The company’s communication and customer service were excellent. During assembly, one of the shelves chipped, so I emailed them after hours. Within just a few hours they had already responded with a solution and arranged to send a replacement piece.Overall, we are very impressed and will definitely be purchasing more items from them in the future.

This toddler play kitchen is a must for pretend play! It’s compact, but roomy enough to store plenty of play food, dishes, and accessories. Assembly took about an hour and a half as a single person. The quality is excellent. All parts arrived well packaged and labeled with easy to follow instructions.I love the simply, modern look of the kitchen. It fits right into our playroom and is super functional in terms of space and storage. It comes with a few accessories, including a pan, spoon, spatula, and salt and pepper shakers. It also comes with two ice cubes for the ice machine, which is a nice detail!My four year old loves this kitchen. All of the doors are easy to open and access for a young child. I also love that the material is study and durable (no flimsy cardboard pieces). We expect to enjoy this play kitchen for a long time!

A small kitchen set compared to others on the market in the same price point. It does have an ice dispensing refrigerator and the faucet runs water if you choose to use that feature. It was super easy to put together; I think it may have taken me all of 45 minutes if that. Best for younger kids; maybe 2 - 3 year olds because of the smaller size, but is lacking a wall anchor to keep it from falling. It seems pretty sturdy overall and a nice neutral color.

We LOVE the Square House kids play kitchen! It truly has everything — a working sink you can use with water or without, a microwave, and the cutest salt and pepper shakers that twist and even make noise. The ice machine actually works and comes with two ice cubes, plus it includes cups, spatulas, a sweet blue pan, and so much storage for all the accessories.

It’s fun for all ages, keeps kids entertained for hours, and on top of that, it looks so beautiful in our space. Such a good price for everything you get! We’re completely obsessed with it and recommend it to everyone looking for a high-quality, thoughtful, and stylish play kitchen!

Wow! This is so pleasing for both me and toddler. I think it looks great in the house (it's simple and understated, wooden, really goes with the home decor!) while also providing everything a kid would need to play pretend kitchen. It has running water (wow!), a cute microwave, shelf space, salt+pepper shakers, and a fridge!It feels well-made when put together and getting it together wasn't the easiest, but it wasn't too tricky either. My toddler loves it, specifically the wooden spatula, and I'm happy with having it as an addition to our home!

Looks exactly like the pictures. It is very small so pay attention to the dimensions if you are wanting something larger. It does not come built at all, so you will need to put all the pieces together. Took me about 45-50 mins to build. Overall fine for the price.

Toddler loves this! It looks nice in your home, it's interactive with the ice machine and faucet. My toddler broke the faucet and the company had amazing customer service too!

This little kitchen is one of the cutest tiniest wooden kitchen sets I have saw. Overall assembly was a breeze and the directions were very clear and easy to understand. I would say that this kitchen is not as terrible as other kitchens I have gotten, just for the simple fact that the materials are a bit thinner than past kitchens, but nonetheless, it is still a very fun item for the kids to have. It is a good for all ages and perfect for imaginative and pretend play.

This is an adorable little kitchen! It's all wood and I love how cute it is. The assembly was fairly easy with very clear instructions to follow, we did have one issue, though with a screw that would require a very long skinny screwdriver that we did not have, but we hooked the piece on without it. It is actually fairly sturdy, and pretty small. The sink is so cute and actually makes noises when you turn it on. My daughter loves the fake ice cubes that can be put in the drink dispenser and dispensed when the button is pressed. My 10-year-old daughter even has fun with it!

Very solid premium play kitchen. Assembly is fairly easy but will take at least a good hour from unboxing to completion (2-3 hours if you are not very mechanically inclined, but still DIY friendly). This thing looks fantastic and it seems to be of nice quality wood. It's not overly heavy but it has a good weight to it. Compared to cheap plastic kitchens this is a great build for the price point as it is comparable to actual furniture. I love all the little accessories that come with it as they are quality wood items as well. And since it's a kitchen with cabinets and space inside you will be able to store additional toys laying around your play area. This is a solid piece and can be passed down, regifted or sold once your little one outgrows it. Five stars!

This is a really cute play kitchen and a great size for toddlers. The wood construction gives it a nicer look than plastic sets, and it feels fairly sturdy once assembled.For the price (typically $60-$100), it's a solid mid-range option. Assembly does take some time, and a few pieces required a bit of adjusting to line up properly.Once put together, though, it's adorable and kids seem to love it. I'd recommend it if you're okay with a little setup effort. Anchor to the wall since its kinda light and may tip.

This is the most adorable play kitchen, it looks very high end for the price.It was easy to assemble and the instructions made sense unlike some. Super Durable!!Perfect size to not take up to much space and perfect for kids under 5.We have not used the running water feature and don't plan to so I can't speak to that.

This little play kitchen is really impressive. My little girl absolutely loves it. Having the water actually run is such a cool touch. It makes it feel so authentic. It's just the cutest thing. I love all of the little accessories that come with it,they are all really adorable, and the kitchen is super cute. I love that it's made out of wood, it makes a difference,it really just looks better than the plastic ones. The price is amazing for such a quality toy and the assembly is easy and hassle free. I really have nothing but good things to say about this, it's a really well made toy that we will be able to pass on to other family members and keep it in  the family and I see it lasting for a very long time.  So it's definitely more than worth the money  and we're happy with it , and we recommend it for sure
