Return Policy

We take pride in offering high-quality products and timely delivery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

All unopened and unused Square House products are eligible for return or exchange within 60 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once a return is initiated, items must be sent back within 60 days to remain eligible for a refund or exchange.

For safety and liability reasons, used products cannot be returned or refunded.

Warranty

All Square House products include a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser; products received secondhand are not eligible.

Missing Parts

If your order is missing any parts, please reach out to our customer service team within 14 business days of delivery, and include your order confirmation number. Exceptions during holiday period.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once the order has shipped. We recommend reviewing your cart and contact information carefully before completing checkout. If you wish to return or exchange your order, please email info@squarehouseproducts.com for assistance.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 business days so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly. Exceptions during holiday period.

Lost Packages

Missing orders must be reported within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. Lost packages are eligible for either a replacement or store credit.
